This was from the floor plan of a house designed by FLW, Frank Lloyd Wright. This house was build in Rochester, Mn for James McBean. It was one of FLW's prefab designs that were built in a couple of places. It was to cost $4,000 in 1957, but went over budget as a lot of FLW's designs did. It's plan number is S.412.2 since it was the second one to be build.
In Sims 2, it cost $61,597. It is a square design, with a dinning area, small kitchen, living area that is two stories tall, 4 bed rooms, 2 baths and laundry/mud room. Most of FLW's kitchens were small.
I have included 2 outside and 2 inside views of the house. With limitations of windows, doors and stairs in Sims 2, I could not do the windows, doors and paint scheme to exactly match FLW's.

I uploaded a new zip file of it that has been cleaned of any hacks. I created this house when I first got Sims 2, but when I ran the Sims2 cleaner on it I found it had the WooHoo hack in it even though it is not installed in the FLW neighborhood.
