Costs a little over $63,000 in Sims 2.
Cheap considering that it cost the rail car rental company $100,000 to refit the running gear on the car so it could run on the rails again and that does not include the money spent to make it fit to live in again. It had sat unused for several years. All the windows were broken out and it looked like someone had lived in it and trashed it.
It was created on a Sims 2 system without any downloads or hacks.
