FLW wrote about his Usonian design in a Life 1938 issue. Click on this link to go to it: http://www.life.com/Life/dreamhouse...house1938b.html
Note: I have changed the name as it was the Dream House 1996 that I build designed by Michael Graves and not the Dream House for 1998. When you go look at the house design be kind as I was not able to build it exactly as Mr. Graves designed it.

Estimates in 1995 were that the house could be built for $130,428 in Gainesville, Ga.; $163,342 in Burlington, Vt.; $165,065 in Fort Worth, Tex.; $189,812 in Columbus, Ohio; $202,267 in Seattle; and $243,714 in pricey Westchester county, near New York City. The costs does not include land or site development.
In Sims 2, it costs $115,633. It has 3 bed rooms, 3 bath rooms, a hex shaped entry hall, big kitchen with dining area, 2 car garage, 2 story living room and dining room.
Attached are pictures and a zip of it.

Install Instructions
1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
