Split Level ~ On a SLOPED lot - with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths

I am really lovin' these old blueprint books I found! Hubs and DD (darling daughter) are tired of hearing me say, "Oh, man! I gotta sim this!" LOL!


This contemporary split-level design is perfect for a large family! It features 4 bedrooms (two are Master Suites) and 4 bathrooms and will easily accommodate a family of six (eight, if you use bunk beds!) There are 2 main living areas, each with a fireplace - one upstairs, and one downstairs, a large family-style eat-in kitchen, and a separate dining room. The garage is over-sized for extra storage, a workbench, or exercise equipment...

I've left it basically undecorated - so it is a blank canvas for you to add whatever furnishings and tchotchkes your sim-heart desires.

This split-level home is built on a sloped lot - it slopes drastically down in back. Please refer to the "back" picture above to see what I mean. Sometimes uneven/sloped lots can mess up your neighborhood. So, please back up your 'hood before installing this lot. I have moved this house a few times in my game without any cracks to the nether-world appearing, so it should be safe - but heed the warning please! Back up first!

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. Alarms, a telephone (I think - but, I'm not seeing it in the pictures! It should be in - or around - the kitchen), plumbing, lights, and some basic furniture are included. This house was inspired by Design #V32894 in a blueprint "collection" book from Home Planners, Inc. (circa 1984)

I also use FRAPs to take in-game pictures, and PhotoShop to clean/collage said pictures.



Necessary, and NOT included - GO get it:
Awesims' Vertical Siding - #06 on the link/page by Shasta in 'Magnolia'
iCad's Winchester Gray wood recolors - for ALL windows and doors. (I only linked to the Lafanetre window recolors because there are so many! You'll also need the 'Justa' doors, the 'Pigalle' doors, OFB/Euro windows, and prolly more!) If you don't have these wood recolors in your game, then the doors and windows will have their default colors when you first enter the house. Nothing bad will happen. LOL. It just won't look as good
The front gardens have inaccessible plants. So, I suggest Perfect Plants or Perfect Gardens from Simbology.

NOTE: If walls are missing when you first visit the lot, exit without saving and add Numenor's Unlevel Wall - #90 to your DL folder before loading this house again. Sometimes I use this wall instead of the CFE cheat when building houses.
