UNfurnished "Starter" Split-Level ~ 3B/2B, minimal CC, just over $20K

I tried really hard to come in under 20K (...which is why the outer walls are custom content - I had to cheat - and even then, I didn't quite make it) *sigh* The actual price for this empty shell is $20,983. I know... the picture above says "under 20K", but that's because I discovered more CC walls while I was prepping this lot for upload - those walls got swapped out for Maxis ones before I packaged up the lot, and that made the price go up a bit more. But still, you get a lot of bang for your buck here! :lovestruc

This house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a media center/study area, kitchen, living, dining, and family rooms, with an oversized side-loading garage, and a large yard. Just think of all the possibilities! Get your creative juices flowing and reuse this house 'template' in every neighborhood! Have fun with it!!!





This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. This house is UNfurnished! Basic appliances, plumbing and a telephone are included.

Standard mods I use that are not necessary nor included - but were probably used whilst building/photo-ing/prepping this house for upload...
I use Moi's Roof Shader
Maranatah's White Wall Top texture replacement
Moo's Turn On/Off Lights
Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix
BeosBoxBoy's no-red-pause-mod
Numenor's AnyGameStarter/AGS
I also use FRAPs to take in-game pictures, and PhotoShop to clean/collage said pictures.


NOTE: If walls are missing when you first visit the lot, exit without saving and add Numenor's Unlevel Wall - #90 to your DL folder before loading this house again. Sometimes I use this wall instead of the CFE cheat when building houses.

Necessary, and now included in the second DL/file.
...without it the outer walls will be unfinished (nothing will break, it'll just look unfinished.)
The outer walls are: Bridgeport shell building center wall 2. And, I can find no clue as to who made the wall - If you know, please tell me so I can give them proper credit!
