Hi, Here is a new lot for you, simple and stylish for a small family. Good fun.

Two floors plus the basement.
At first: living room, kitchen and bathroom while outside a comfortable patio.
In the second: two bedrooms with a large terrace a bathroom and study.
In the basement there is a small gym and laundry room.

In the CC list I did not put pictures on carpets and various decorations but if you want me to let me know.
