(University) - this little two-bedroom one bath, reminds me of the houses in Sebastopol, California, (except for the garden roof, that's something I just added on) which is known for its laid-back lifestyle, Vineyards, arts and crafts and also its summer jazz festivals. The house is fully furnished and decorated, it has a living room, kitchen. breakfast nook and a room for the local musicians to come and have their Sunday afternoon jazz sessions.
