Universtiy - Well I said SpringiePalmsII would be ready in a day or two and here it is. Partly furnished - It's kind of a 2 story. NO STAIRS just elevators, (stairs take up too much space) This house is every teenager's dream because their bedrms have their own elevators. House has 4baths, 3bdrms. pool-island with bar, quest house with fireplace. You can locate the elevators by looking for the Supense painting. No custom content/Hack free. Hope you enjoy it.
