I recently found this annoying behavior in my game where sims visiting a lot that is not their own will try to "return to lot" whenever their needs are low, even if they are already on the lot. This results in them walking out to the sidewalk if some of their needs are below 50%. The test runs every 30 sim minutes! Very annoying. Probably one of those "it's not a bug, it's a feature" things put into a recent update. I assume it serves the purpose of bringing sims from far distances back to the active lot before they starve or wet themselves...

This fix lowers the threshold from 50% to 95%, so that only sims who are severely in the red with their needs will return to the lot.
