Futuristic House for 1 (No CC)

This is a small furturistic house with contemporary(ish) hints designed for a person who lives on their own. The front of the house is filled with trees giving your sims the needed privacy and adds appeal to any passing eyes.

For hanging the images on the wall, I used the "MoveObjects" cheat to get them on the windows. From my testing they stay where they should one you plop this lot down. But you will need it enabled if you move those objects off the windows.

As one final side note, the pictures shows there is a sim living in the lot, this was merely for the b-roll and was in a duplicated version of the loft and the one I have uploaded is the 'original' version and is Sim-free and ready for your Sim to move in!
