You know when you visit a modern suburban development and the lots are squashed together?



Well even if they're sort of boring to look at, I feel like such basic and narrow lots are quintessential to the modern suburb. Grey Matter 2 is the second in a pair of bland, matching homes that work perfectly as gap fillers in your neighbourhood. Drop 'em between two bigger, better looking houses and hide all that pesky nature and green space.

This house is not an exact mirror of Grey Matter 1, but they were designed with some similar characteristics: two-storey foyer, open living, dining and kitchen, and a small yard. Grey Matter 2 has one more bedroom than its partner, as well as a larger back yard and basement. The furniture is very basic, but will comfortably house up to seven Sims.
