So it's technically a red and white farmhouse--but who really cares? It's an oldie, but a goodie.



The farm house has been lovingly maintained over many years, and is ready for a new family of ambitious, handy Sims who can handle a little remodeling. Features a traditional floor plan with formal dining room, front parlour, and eat-in country kitchen. The second floor has five generous bedrooms, including a nursery that is accessible by the master bedroom. In the attic you'll find plenty of room for hobbies or storage--or why not convert the space into a cool loft hangout for your teenage Sims?

Recommended CC (Not Included):

Most of the bedrooms include functional closet spaces. I highly recommend downloading the One-Tile Clothes Rack by piezoelectric and placing these in each of the 1x2 'closet' rooms.

When it comes time to remodel the dated bathrooms, I recommend the Simple Shower Tub by HugeLunatic. This is realistic and inexpensive shower option for your Simmies.

This farmhouse was intentionally left as a 'clean slate,' with old-timey stylings and bare bones. Like I said, perfect for an ambitious Sim with a flare for architectural design. I hope you guys get some good use out of it!
