Next up in the New Build Series is a house with an efficient layout and tons of curb appeal. Includes appliances and basic fixtures only (right down to the basic "builder's beige" wall colour throughout the house)--it's just waiting for your Sims to make this house a home!



Features four bedrooms (three of which include closets) and 2.5 bathrooms (one on each level). The bedrooms may look small but they will each comfortably fit a bed, desk and dresser or bookcase (try bunks or loft beds in the kids' rooms!). The main floor has a large open concept living area and eat-in kitchen, and a formal dining room sits at the front of the house. There is an additional room in the basement that could be a home office or spare bedroom.
