Hello guys!

This is the second house of the four that I'm renovating (all of them came with the base game).

This house turned out to be bigger than I expected (and than the original). But I liked the result! This is a modern style two-story house, big enough to household about 6 Sims. It has a garage and a pool area, and, above the garage, your Sims can relax whilst having a barbecue.
