Hi guys!

I'm new here, actually, in uploading, but that's ok. Now, let's talk about what interests, shall we?

I made this house for a friend of mine, who had a couple of Sims. The house is simple, but it's very confortable, and I think any Sims couple who lives in it will love it.

Well, here we go:

This is the front view of the house, charming and simple:



The house has two floors. In the first, we have a garage, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom:



On the second floor, we've got the master bedroom, a teenager/young adult bedroom, a music room and a library!




The house has ONE custum content, but it didn't appear when I was uploading here, so I will let the creator and the download link below. (ATTENTION: THE HOUSE DOENS'T NECESSARY NEED THIS CC!)
