Less attractive vending machines

Have you ever built an apartment with vending machines, and noticed that every time sims come visit, they inevitably spend all their time having a staring contest with the vending machines? The siren song of the vending machine defeats both "Call over" and "Ask to join" in single combat, meaning that if you want to actually socialize with your visitors you have to do it in front of the vending machines. I've fixed this by removing the "Browse" interaction for vending machines on non-business lots. Now sims will no longer get pulled into the vending machine singularity.

Note that the "Browse" interaction was only available to sims acting autonomously. Its removal does not prevent you from directing your selected sim to "Buy" something from the vending machine. With the removal of "Browse", autonomous sims will also use the "Buy" interaction, which involves them approaching the vending machine with confidence and purpose, immediately buying something from it, consuming it, and then being free to do something else, maybe even interacting with your playables. This hack also does not affect the interactions that vending machines have on business lots, where sims will continue to be able to autonomously browse them just like they can browse any other item that is set for sale.

Game Compatibility

This requires Apartment Life, since the vending machines came with it. In theory, if custom vending machines are set up to use the same semiglobals, it should also affect those.

Hack Compatibility

This shouldn't conflict with any hack that doesn't affect the availability of the "Browse" interaction for vending machines on non-business lots. It only modifies BHAV 0x208C in group 0x7FE10572.
