I have for you today a requested item: Sportsb@ll: a sports center! At Sportsb@ll, sims can enjoy swimming pools, soccer nets, basketball hoops, a pool table, espresso, a spa, and a massage parlor.

Built in a modern style, Sportsb@ll is not only a place filled with activities, but it will look beautiful in any neighborhood.



Floor to ceiling windows provide lots of natural light so even a Plantsim could enjoy a day here. At night, the building is lit up inside and out. Your sims could enjoy a night swim here with no problem.



Sportb@ll has both an indoor and an outdoor pool so sims can enjoy the nice waters during any season.



After spending the day playing, your sims will want to relax with a spa, massage, and a coffee. At Sportsb@ll, they can do all three! And while the athletes are gaining body skills, the less-active ones will enjoy a fun game of pool. Not in a real pool, though, they're much too lazy for that.



Active and lazy sims alike will thank you for downloading. And so will I.
