Hello! Thanks for taking a look at my first ever upload. I'm a long time 'browser' but first time poster

I've been working on this house for a couple of days and was quite impressed with it. It was a bit of a trial and error sort of task for me, I've never really been into building before as I always felt as though I was useless at it, but after using a few build cheats etc I have managed to come up with this. It is a 2-storey house but does have a platform inbetween the two floors to create sort of a "landing" effect.

Some info about the lot:

Size is 40x30. I find it best placed in Sunset Valley next to the Crumplebottom's house - I think the address is 180 Redwood Parkway.

Price furnished: $329,967
Price unfurnished: $149,132
