Mansion Petites is a miniature mansion for the small, nuclear Sim family who want to live luxuriously but on a budget. Built by emulating the architectural style of the Von Haunt Estate, this building is suitable for fulfilling all your Sims needs to the utmost. It has NO CUSTOM CONTENT and is FULLY FURNISHED.



FLOOR 1

In the ground floor, after entering the hallway which goes through straight to the kitchen, we have a small music room to the left and then the guest bathroom. The kitchen adjoins the dining room; a dining room which can seat your Sims and all of their guests and has a bar for drinks and merriment.



The hallway has an archway to the right which leads to the staircase upstairs.

FLOOR 2

On the top floor, the staircase opens into a small hallway which faces the master bedroom and the en-suite bathroom. Advancing towards the back of the house there is the living space and office with the TV, stereo and computer neatly arranged for your Sims pleasure. There is a small bathroom next to the living space which is opposite to the kids room. There is also the balcony which overlooks the beautiful landscape where your Sims may enjoy an intriguing game of chess.
