2 files to choose from. Base Game only or Base Game with Cats and Dogs. The homes are identical inside and out except the siding and colors of windows and doors. The home is classified as Tiny it has 100 of 100 tiles so it has the two additional perks of Lighten the Load and Fellin' Fine All the Time. I did not choose lot traits for these homes. I will leave that up to you. The homes do have a full bath on the second floor and a half bath on the first floor. It also has books, chess table, TV and computer. As a starter on a tiny 20X15 lot the landscaping is sparse and the furniture is very low cost so I could pack everything into the lot that I feel is necessary for your sims to live comfortably until they can afford a better space.

The Tan Shingle Siding is the File with Cats and Dogs. The Green Lap Siding is Base Game only.

Update 06/12/2024 6:10 AM EST US. If you downloaded the base game file before this time I apologize. I thought I had already removed everything except the siding that was not base game and forgot to double check. I do apologize for this. Lesson learned. I removed a small wall sticker in the childs room, replaced a rug in the kitchen and a tiny area of siding under the eves that did not auto populate when I changed the siding.
