Fernhill Park and its modest cottage is perfect for a small nuclear Sim family and requires no custom content. Originally built in the later half
of the eighteenth century, the cottage fell into disrepair for quite some time until one day, a stranger came along. She
was an adventurous spirit, an about to be single mom, and she used whatever tools she had at her disposal to slowly
build the cottage with some help from the local people.



GROUND FLOOR

From the entrance, to the right you'll find the dining room, kitchen, and small guest-bathroom, and to the left there is the TV room
and office room and the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Next to the bedroom there is the kids room.

BASEMENT

The entrance of the basement is at the back of the house and it is completely isolated. It has a bathroom and can act as a storm
cellar if need be.

GARDEN

The gardens of Fernhill Park are of a wild quality, which enamors the senses completely. There is a natural pond outside
the entrance wall, which sits in the shade of a majestic tree. A line of beech trees and wildflowers and daisies sway with the
wind on the other side. The southern magnolia trees in the back garden were planted by the single mom and its fragrance and full bloom still
carries her memory.
