The third lot from Magnolia Promenade renew is here!! This was also built from scratch (even though I kept the name of the lot).



This is a little diner where your Sims can have a stop in ther shopping day to eat! It has wonderful menu options and a very cozy place to have your meals.

It has only one floor (the bathrooms are in the basement).
