Finally! Here we are with the last lot of this neighbourhood. It was made from scratch. No pre-built lot.

This one is works as a karaoke bar, but it also is a bowling club. That's why I chose name it with the two lot types, if that makes any sense.

Anyway, here it is:



It has a modern style, with two floors, featuring a bowling place, a dance floor, some other indoor activities, a bar and bathrooms.
