Vampire's Power & Weakness Bug Fixes

Maxis finally fixed this bug, so this bugfix is officially not needed anymore based on the latest patch, I'll keep the mod in here just in case

Ok, so this is my attempt at fixing bug that is vampire's power and weakness still lingering after being cured/reconfigured, only the powers/weaknesses that are listed in the descrptions below are fixed (hopefully) since it seems the rest of the vampire buffs are unnaffected with the bug





How to test whether the power/weakness is truly fixed:
The Power/Weakness bugs actually are not instant as soon as you reconfigure or cured your vampire, it will only happen when you travel to another lot or going into cas, to make sure the fix really work, travel to another lot/going into cas and check the moodlet/eat something or anything that can trigger the previous weakness/power that you had on your vampires to make sure it's really gone.

Any mods that changes the xml required for the above buffs is incompatible
Compatible with 1.52 game version
Potential conflict with simvasion's vampire interaction fix Eternal Sadness' changes
