With this mod, the gender of a newly created apartment resident or roommate is random.
Originally, the gender was determined by the imbalance between male and female townies. The problem is that apartment residents and roommates aren't usually normal townies, so creating them doesn't reduce the imbalance. As a result, the same gender sims were created over and over again.
