Elder Idle Overhaul: Replaces the original idle animations to this:
e_CAS_idle_handfidget
e_CAS_idle_lookAround
e_CAS_idle_lookRight

Less Frequent Idle Animations: Adds the idle animations listed above and decreases the weight of the following:
e_idle_01 = decreases 100 to 5
e_idle_02 = decreases 25 to 2
e_idle_03 = decreases 100 to 2
e_idle_04 = decreases 100 to 10
