It has an open layout of the living area and kitchen which allows for a much more all-around spacious feel. The lot is a steal at ?38,688 simoleans for being move-in ready. It's wired for home invasions with a hidden burglar alarm sitting behind the bookcase. It's up to date on fire code with the latest in fire alarms to protect your sims. The phone is midway down the hall so your sims can keep in contact with their friends and family. It's been fully furnished with all the skill items a sim needs as well as having a pond for your sims fishing enjoyment. Which of your sims would be happy in such an eco-friendly home.

This lot is clean and never played. With the help of Tim and TIsha Tester a copy was given a full weeks play to verify there were no hidden issues. It was packaged with Clean Installer.
