A modern style 1 bedroom/2 bathroom glass house with a black color scheme and yellow furnishing throughout. Surrounded by ponds and a pool, gym and spa in the basement, glass roofs and skylights.

Ascend stairs onto the front porch with a waterfall and rich vegetation and enter the house through big glass sliding doors.
First Floor: Has an open floor plan with big kitchen with counter stools for dining and living area with access to the side porch and pool in the back. There is a pond surrounding the apartment on two sides.
