That's the house I've played with my legacy family at gen 3, whic I played focusing mostly on Batuu, but its where I started playign my gen 4 too so you'll find some Outdoor Retreat stuff. I've completed the frog collection, which you can find a whole room dedicated to them and i touched lightly on the gardening skill, so you'll find some plants on a greenhouse.
