This is a great house with all the luxuries your sims could want. The main feature is the solarium in the back of the house with glass
ceilings to bring in all the light! The downstairs also includes a garage, laundry room, home movie theater with kitchenette, a large
eat-in kitchen, formal dining room and living room (with custom wall bling).
The upstairs has a view of the solarium below via a glass-floored mezzanine. There are three bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms.
Outdoors is a deck for swimming and grilling. Play-testing it, my sims stayed happy and entertained.
The screenshots show this home placed in the Brindleton Bay world, in the spot where Chateau Frise (home of the Delgatos), used to be.
Cheats used in the creation of the build are: bb.moveobjects on; testingcheats on; bb.showhiddenobjects; bb.showliveedit objects.
I haven't used any custom content in this home.
