This is a charming two story starter home that is a fusion of both traditional Japanese and modern living. 

The living areas occupy the lower floor, while the two bedrooms, small loft with study area and full bath / laundry room are on the upper floor.

Outdoors the entrance to the home is accessed via a covered porch and on either side of the porch are two patios. One features a grill / eating area and gardening spot, enhanced with water features. The other patio has a zen spot, soaking pool and a hot tub.

The lot currently resides on the 20x20 lot but you do have to add the fence back after placing as they are right on the border.  I've placed it in various lots in different worlds but it makes more sense to be in a small lot due to the small size of the yards and the fact that it's fenced in.

Ideal size is 30x30, but you can also place it on 30x20 as long as you are aware that you might have to replace those two lengths of fence.

There is no custom content in this build, and I tried my best to use as few packs as possible.
