Continuing my TS4 conversions of the Streamlet Single starter home in Willow Creek.
This is the Streamlet Single Living Room for Sims who enjoy modern/mid-century lifestyle furnishings that are not too expensive (with the exception of the TV!).

Media Marathoner is a TV with 12 color options which I have centered and will require 3 floor/wall spaces.
Retired Mangrove Palms is a plant with 6 color options - 3 patterned and 3 self-colored.
Show Your Stripes is a 4' by 3' rug with 16 color stripe options to choose from  - some neutral and some more bold.
Squarely There Modern Loveseat is a loveseat with 21 color options to choose from to suit your Sim's home decor - I hope!
Unassuming Mid-Century Table is a coffee table...well, maybe... with 8 color options.
