The Streamlet Single starter home in Willow Creek has a budget-friendly bathroom!
The bathroom items are on the basic, cheaper range to purchase; yet still modern with a slimline style look.

Bath Essentials Happy Toes Mat is a 2x1 rug and is available in 4 bright colors - great for the kitchen too.
Great Wall Mirror is a slimline mirror with 9 wood colors including white.
Superb Soakster is a bath tub with 6 colors to choose from - one is just right for your Sim's home.
The Ambassador is a toilet with 3 color options to match The Patrician.
The Chimera is a wall light with 6 colors option to chose from and great for all around the home.
The Patrician is a slimline pedestal sink with 3 colors options to match The Ambassador. 

With the exception of Bath Essentials Happy Toes Mat that requires Family Fun Stuff to be installed, all other 5 objects have been cloned from Sims2 base game.
