Hello and welcome!

Yet another "filler" build, this time it's for Desiderata Valley.

This one was a bit of a challenge since DV doesn't seem to have any kind of a general architectural style, but at the same time it basically meant that I could do whatever I wanted. There are two lots in this town that I really like (can't remember the names of the families that live there, but if you've ever played with DV you probably know which ones I'm talking about) so I decided to make this house in a similar style.

And eventually it ended up being my favorite build in this series because I like boxy houses made of bricks It also gives me British vibes for some reason lol.

So it's a two story house with 2-3 bedrooms and 1,5-2,5 bathrooms, unfurnished (exept for the lights and the plants in the yard), with no CC. I think the only EP I used was NL, plus M&G, but I'm really not sure about the brick walls because I (again) forgot to check where did those came from. If you know - please tell me.

The lot size should be 30x30, the price is 48.145.
