Elisa was a struggling writer until she hit on the children's book, “Llama, Far From Home.” The Simsbury Award Winning book made Elisa enough money to buy this charming home built into a rolling hillside lot.
Soon after setting up home, and writing her second best-selling book, “Llama, Why So Glum?” Elisa met Erik. They hit it off, and started a family.
 Elisa and Erik  love this house, with its open main floor plan: large kitchen leading into a dining area with a balcony, in turn leading to a living room with a study area. There is also a powder room for visitors. Downstairs, they can relax in their large bedroom with a luxurious en suite. 
Their young daughters, Beth and Jenna, enjoy their own room with a toy chest, art table, homework desk, and cool bunk beds. The room is made to grow with them, and also has an en suite bathroom.
The basement holds the laundry and Erik’s woodworking table. The girls are too young to go down there yet.
The whole family enjoys the outdoors - the patio off the kitchen and the swimming pond in the hollow of the hills. 
 Elisa is grateful every day for the dream come true her little “Llama” books have brought her. She is perfectly content, and if you download this home, your Sims can be happy, as well.
