Fresh out of cosmetology school, Mallory took over a Boutique and Salon. Now, she can makeover her friends and townies. Includes salon chair for changing hair and makeup, and dressing platforms for changing clothing. There are unisex bathrooms, dressing rooms, and a backroom/office.

Above the boutique is her apartment. She has one bedroom and a full bathroom. The apartment features an open plan kitchen/dining/study/living room. Mallory likes green living and placed solar panels on her roof, with a dumpster out back.
