This is a simple residential lot for your sims to move into right after making them. The house is simply furnished, uses cheap wall and floor coverings and contains all the bare necessities to quickly start a new family.
To make the house affordable and to keep the lot value under 20.000§, there are barely any decorations in the house. It also has some empty space for you to buy some extra stuff if you want.
