Bull & Barrel is a Wild West saloon, acting as both a bar and a restaurant. I designed the lot with the desert terrain in mind, but you could simply remove the cacti and place it anywhere you like!

I highly recommend downloading HugeLunatic's Rug Fix mod, listed in the 'Required Custom Content' section. While it won't affect lot functionality, the rugs on the lot will look really strange without it.

This is a completely CC-free build, but keep in mind that I have the Ultimate Collection so you most likely need all of the EP's and SP's for the lot to function as intended.
