SIX beautiful and comfortable apartments with all the pertinent luxuries around, there are games for everyone, chess table, grills, swimming pool and a rest area outside the house, in the backyard there is a small pond for fishing, basketball baskets, and even a powerful and effective lookout tower observatory, if you are in Strangetown they can serve for the descendants of Jones and Grunt, or If you are in Plasantview, this is perfect for Brandy (if have managed to enlist the help of her wayward son) and anyone will be happy to live in, if it is in Belladonna cove, this will match the uptown area by high society cityzens, if you are in another place that you like, this will not fail you , you can try it with flavored apartment units with 1 and 2 rooms, with or without a balcony, and all of them have their own garage, all this for the measured amount ~s~1796 - 2784, this is a good life and I assure you that your sims will not resist living in this place!

Ah! Come on! I recommend trying the testingcheatsenabled and place the sim next to the door to rent furnished by holding "Shift" and make the most of the furniture.
