Stunning luxury university residence located in Windenburg. It is configured for Foxbury coed students, but if you wish you can change it to Britechester University in build mode.

Ground floor: reception, train lockers, manager's office, terraces, dining area, yoga room, sauna, 2 swimming pools, toilets, train.

First floor: Library, cinema, discotheque, gymnasium, terraces, toilets.

Third floor: rooms for students (4 duplex and 4 normal), games area, study area, garden area, toilets.

Fourth floor: rooms, area for artists.

Activate the trick bb.moveobjects on before installing the house so that no objects disappear.
