This XML weather mod attempts to represent the weather where I am in Canada while incorporating some general fixes to how weather behaves.

It’s very sunny every season except fall, but it also has heavy storms in the summer and winter. The temperatures get very cold (-30C/-22F) in the winter and are a smidge cooler (30C/86F) in the summer. Mornings and nights are cooler in spring than in fall.

In addition, it will no longer rain when the temperature is below zero, and fog and hail are reserved for temperatures just above and below zero. The weather should change more often. All weathers have transition times now, too.

I highly suggest you change the temperature sims change into outerwear using NRAAS Retuner. Unfortunately, I can’t include that fix. However, you can find the path here. Set it to “55.4”.
