The lot comes fully furnished, though you may find that the previous owners have let the landscaping go a little bit wild!

Notes: The dormer on the front of the home uses a trick in order to allow roofing on half-walls and as a result, the roof there is somewhat finicky and may disappear if adjustments are made to the shape and size of the rooms in the house.
