This lovely, WW2-era craftsman home comes fully-furnished, perfect for a young family, roommates, or anyone who would love a cute, smaller home. At only §42,304, it comes at quite a bargain, too! :D

This build is, like most of my recent uploads, based on the kinds of cute, smaller houses I see walking around the older neighborhoods in and around the central part of my city. Most of them began as streetcar suburbs or were populated by workers at the textile mills originally, and I just fall in love with homes I see there, especially in comparison to the huge, modern McMansions getting tossed up in new subdivisions.
