PromposalSign_NoAudience
Surrounding Sims no react to "Present Promposal Sign" actions.
PromposalSign_IncreasedReactionDistance
Doubles the default range of surrounding sims that react to actions.
The default value is 4. I changed this to 8. This means that Sims within about 8 grids of the Sim performing the action will react.
This is what I made to get a good screenshot. There were times when the reactions of the Surrounding Sims were annoying, and there were times when I wanted more Sims to react.
