The brochure says: "...this large, elegant home, measuring 32'0" X 48'0", is the ideal setting to raise a family! This home presents an old-fashioned, traditional profile with lots of windows and a sheltered front porch. Entry is through a spacious foyer which gives access to many rooms in the home. The more formal rooms are located in the front part of the house...."

The floor plan is from Hallmark Homes.

NOTE: I re-arranged the upstairs rooms a bit - to better suit TS2 bathroom-playability.

This house is UNFurnished. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove has a smoke alarm. Telephones are on each level. The front door has a burglar alarm.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

There is parking for one vehicle in the garage; and 2 more on the driveway.

This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included, but there is plenty of room to add what you need.

USED but NOT included:
Get this if you want the house to look exactly as shown in the pictures.

- Sophie-David's Invisible Driveway - so the pavered driveway looks right.

You will also need to get:
- The Bespoke Build Set MASTER file by Honeywell/MTS2 - ...without this the Bespoke items will flash blue

Nopke's Go Under Spiral Stairs mod for proper spiral stair usage
Gunmod's Radience Lighting System, which is installed with the Scriptorium (which is necessary for installing CC stairs.)
Lamare's Shiftable Everything and...
HugeLunatic's Sweet Down Low Tweaked + for the ability to shift things up/down on a wall without darkening the item!
And, I highly recommend using gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet to add features to any mirror.
And, of course, everyone needs Numenor's CEP and SEP!

NOTE: Sweet Down Low Tweaked + sometimes causes pictures, curtains, shelves, and ceiling lights to 'jump' out of place when you first install a lot. You can click the item to put it back in place. The 'jumping' is a side-effect of the mod. It won't affect your game at all (other than the inconvenience of things being initially out of place *sigh*)
