Autonomously Change Outfits [Temperature Related Deaths]

This is a tuning mod that will prevent your sim from dying in extreme heat and extreme cold temperatures by autonomously changing their outfit.
Testing so far has been during a heatwave outside and also a blizzard outside.
This will apply to every life stage (Elder, Adult, Young Adult, Teen, Child, Toddler).
The mod comes in 2 flavours - one for cold weather (FreezingCold) and one for hot weather (LethalHeat); both can be used at the same time.
