Change Outfit On Inactive Sims (1.21)

This mod is updated to V4 for the 1.21 patches. The new system with the outfit picker window with the pictures is used here. Sims are spinning when changing outfits and the Career outfit isn't available as it was before. This new mod version uses the XML file E882D22F_00000000_0000000000022B4D_changeOutfitPicker_TargetSim_Cheat.

The V3 mod is made for the 1.15.55 update.

This mod enables the Change Outfit function on all sims by clicking on them, as you do when socializing. The sim will be swapped immediately to the selected outfit; can be used also with the game on Pause. Besides the normal outfits, Career is also available for sims who have a career or former career.

The V2 mod fixes the issue mentioned in the comments with duplicate pie menus on the active (plumbob) sim. The active sim now uses the "cheaty" change outfit function, and outfit can be swapped while swimming, sitting etc. and there will be no spinning when changing outfits with the pie menu. When a sim changes clothes automatically like getting into the pool or in or out of bed the spinning around still occurs.

Also on the active sim, Career becomes available on the standard Change Outfit menu (it normally isn't available, at least not in my game).

Unzip the file and use the .package file in the Mods folder or a subfolder.
