The Noble Tome Library is a Town Life Stuff Pack Community Lot where Sims can visit to read, stop by for a coffee or bring the kids to play on the top floor.

In Sims 3, the Lot Size is actually 3x2; I have changed this to 3x3 as I am unable to build on the second tile close to the perimeter and have added some landscaping.

Ground Floor - reception lounge with coffee bar, reading room, access to patio area
First Floor - student study area with workstations and reference library, toilets
Second Floor - play area for children, chess for fun, plus computers for playing games

Lot Size: 3x3
Price of Lot: $152,890

The Noble Tome Library is furnished with base game objects, Bon Voyage, Teen Stuff and Ikea objects.
Formatted in Mansion & Gardens Stuff Pack.

This version of the Noble Tome Library has a little custom content.
