This lot was inhabited. I've checked it with everything I could and it seemed to be ok. I personally downloaded inhabited lots multiple times before and it never caused me any problems, but considering how little this game needs to get corrutped - you can never know. So please proceed only if you're 100% confident!

Hello and welcome!

Yep, Questionable Renovations project again (tis the ep. 4 specifically). This one was a toughie, in a way that it was the first lot with some issues I needed to sort out somehow. Huge thanks to BO for their No Sims Loader since that was the only thing that saved the situation.

So, the house. Not much work was done to it because it actually looked quite decent, only been missing some CC:

The layout is mostly as usual as it can be: a garage, a kitchen, a living room, some halls and hallways, an art room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a secret room. Because hell yeah.
Now, as you may guess by the screenshots, the former owners of the house might or might not have been involved in some not so legal activity, either way I'm not judging.
BUT I'm pretty sure I removed all the career rewards I used to make this impression (I'm not sure if they could cause problems but decided to play it safe still), so despite you can see them on the screenshots - they're not actually there. You can easily bring them back by using UnlockCareerRewards cheat or by any of the similar mods.
