Hello and welcome!

So the year is 2018: I'm thinking of making a machinima that takes place in an abandoned house. I spend two weeks building said house and end up being very proud of it.
And then... I forget about the machinima and the house for a while.

Year 2022: I'm searching for some builds for my Questionable Renovations project and dig out this house, which is now missing most of its' CC and looks horrible. I use it in the project, renovate it and it turns out like being like this.

Present days: after I finished building my Old Mill lot I looked at all the CC that was left after it and thought: "Yes. It's time to bring the bad boy back." Then I spend two days searching for everything I might need for this task and start building. A couple days later Belmont House, or as I call it, the true version of it, is finished.

It's not an exact copy of the original house since I wasn't able to find all the CC I used back in 2018, plus I extended the lot (because I wanted it to be bigger from the very beginning), but it's as close as I could get. I've also fixed some moments that I wasn't fond of in the original version and added a couple more details to expand the lore part of the build.

So in the description of the renovated version I've mentioned that this house was owned by a surgeon, but now I think they were actually a mortisian. You can see the tombstones and the burnt crematorium in the yard, plus some stuff you can find in the basement definitely can tell you that the inhabitants were into some... Well, medical stuff, I guess. Some other things in the yard may also tell you that the crematorium was once supposed to be restored, but for some reasons that never happened.

There's nothing special about the rest of the layout and you can see it all in the screenshots.

Overall, this build is not perfect, but I still think it turned out great and I'm yet again very proud of the work I've done.

Now, the juicy part: as you can tell, this lot requires a H U G E amount of CC and I'm gonna put everything you're gonna need in the "CC Required" section (this was actually the first time I've made a list of stuff I used lol). The only item I included is the 1977 Volkswagen Type 2 Junker by VoVillia Corp. because I couldn't find any place that you could get it from (I already had it for a long while now).
There is a chance that I forgot to track down some items tho, so if something is missing - please let me know.

The lot size is 60x60, the price is 268,700.

Huge thanks to all the people whose creations I used. Yall are amazing <3

Have a nice one!
